Catalyst: The Red Fox is a popular theme in animal art. This particular image, first seen in wood, speaks clearly of the need for more color. The angular design is a test of the ability of the laser to move precisely.
Challenge: Keeping the angular theme working throughout the design was a particular challenge. The fully wrapped tail left an unconnected fragment that required special treatment: one of the few designs that reaches back from the lowest layer.
