Catalyst: The wiki image for Quilling set the tone for this design. Paper-rolling seems to suggest more than one idea for the lasercut gallery.
Challenge: How to develop the pattern using the simple tools available in Inkscape was a challenge. Interpolating the design with organic, flowing, forms was key to simulating the quilling ideas.
